3D Printer Waitlist Form

Patrons who have a Wayne County Public Library full access card may request a 3D printer at any Wayne County Public Library location in person, by phone, or online using the form below. Please make sure to provide a working phone number or email address for notification purposes.

The lending period for 3D printers are 7 days, no renewals. Patrons picking up their 3D printer must present a valid ID and they may only check out one WCPL 3D printer per account.

It may take up to a week for patrons to be notified when their device becomes available for pick up. Patrons will be contacted to schedule an orientation session and complete a hold harmless agreement form.
