Home Delivery Service

Patrons who reside in the Wayne County Public Library service area (excluding the Orrville School District) and who are unable to use the library’s buildings or bookmobiles due to temporary or long-term illness or injury, disability or limited mobility, or patrons with limited or no access to transportation may be candidates for Home Delivery Service.

Hotspot Loan Program

Patrons who have a Wayne County or Orrville Public Library full access card may request hotspots at any Wayne County Public Library location in person, by phone, or online using the form below. Please make sure to provide a working phone number or email address for notification purposes.

The lending period for hotspots is 7 days, no renewals. Patrons picking up their hotspot must present a valid ID and they may only check out 1 WCPL hotspot per account.

It may take up to a week for patrons to be notified when their device becomes available for pick up. Patrons are given until the end of the following business day to pick up their device. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing when returning these devices.
