To increase online security and privacy, Hoopla will require all users to provide their library PIN starting on Monday, January 3, 2022.

Our digital library is open 24/7. Read, listen, and stream wherever you are!

Following the recent introduction of Android Auto, patrons can now also listen to hoopla on Apple CarPlay. It's easier than ever to listen to hoopla in the car, as hoopla can be controlled through a vehicle's in-dash display and controls are limited to only those most frequently used.

The Library will ask for a renewal of our 1.1 mill operating levy with a .2 mill addition on November 8, 2022. Our current levy will expire in December 2022. This levy supports the entire Wayne County Public Library System and is critical in maintaining services. Click here for more information on the Levy and what it means for WCPL.
